How this was checked

Between August 25, 2026 at 10:39 p.m. and August 25, 2026 at 10:42 p.m. Pacific time, the audit sent a GET request to every open source URL, followed redirects, and recorded the final status and URL. Requests had a 30-second timeout and one retry after a network error. A document is restored only when the linked file itself downloads successfully; an HTTP 200 wrapper page alone does not count.
