CALL TO ORDER Chair Patrick called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. 2. LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Chair Patrick acknowledged the meeting was being held in the territory of the Coast Salish First Nations and introduced K’6moks Elder Donna Mitchell. Elder Mitchell welcomed Islands Trust Council, spoke to her heritage, and recognized the 215 children buried at a former British Columbia residential school. Trustees introduced themselves and acknowledged the traditional First Nations territory in which area they are
