1. CALL TO ORDER 
 
Chair Gauvreau called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. and provided a territorial 
acknowledgment of the ancestral and unceded territory of many Coast Salish peoples. 
Members of the Committee introduced themselves. 
 
2. AGENDA 
 
2.1 Review of the Agenda 
 
No changes to the agenda were presented for consideration. 
 
2.2 Approval of the Agenda 
    
By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 
 
3. ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION 
 
3.1 Draft Minutes of Previous Meetings 
 
3.1.1 October 7, 2025 Regular Meeting Minutes 
 
By general consent the Committee approved the minutes as 
presented. 
 
3.2 Follow-Up Action List - verbal report 
 
Director Marlor provided a verbal report, indicating that staff will work on 
developing a written record of the FUAL for the Committee as the electronic tool 
used to create and maintain FUALs for all Islands Trust committees is not 
currently capable of adding a FUAL for the Accessibility Committee.

4. BUSINESS 
 
4.1 Accessibility Audit of Islands Trust Website - Briefing 
 
Director Marlor presented the Briefing. The Committee expressed appreciation of 
the technical details of the audit and intend to engage with the final report. 
 
4.2 Accessibility Committee Membership Applications - Briefing 
 
Director Marlor presented the Briefing, noting that if Trust Council appoints any 
new members at their next meeting in March, 2026, those appointments will be in 
effect until the end of the current term of office which ends on October 17, 2026. 
Trust Council will then make appointments to the Committee for the new term of 
office. 
 
Committee discussion included the value of appointing members before the end 
of the current term.  
 
5. NEXT MEETING 
 
5.1  Proposed Accessibility Committee 2026/2027 Meeting Schedule - Request 
For Decision 
 
Director Marlor presented the Request For Decision, noting that the dates allow 
for the Accessibility Committee to report to a relevant Trust Council meeting.

21, July 21, and October 6 in 2026, and January 26,
