that the Gabriola Island Local Trust Committee indicate to the Gabriola Commons that the
Local Trust Committee is not prepared to advance the request by the Gabriola Commons
Foundation to be the covenant holder for the Covenant proposed, at this time, for the
following reasons: 
Requiring clarity on Section 4 regarding the actions, roles and responsibilities
entailed by the Stewardship Plan, specifically the Local Trust Committee’s role in
developing and maintaining the Stewardship plan; and

Section 5 Baseline Report should be in final form.2.
