What is being proposed?
Salt Spring Brewing has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch
(LCRB) for an Expanded Tasting Room and New Outdoor Patio. 
The application is for:
1) 50 additional patrons on a new outdoor patio. 
2) Hours of operation will change to Sundays - Thursday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and
Fridays - Saturdays 9:00 am to 10:00 pm 
As the local government, the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee (SS LTC) is
requested to consider the application for this endorsement. Public input on this
application is being sought. The SS LTC may consider a decision on this
application at their meeting May 18, 2023, to be held at the 64 Learning Hub
(122 Rainbow Road) or via Zoom (see Islands Trust Meetings and Minutes
webpage for details).

and can be emailed to ssiinfo@islandstrust.bc.ca, mailed or dropped off at the
Islands Trust office by May 17, 2023.  Written comments made in response to this
notice will be available for public review.
