Members Present: Paul Brent, Acting Chair

1. CALL TO ORDER 
Chair Brent called the meeting to order at 11:33 am.  He acknowledged that the meeting was 
being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 
3. TRUSTEE REPORT 
Acting Chair Brent – nothing to report. 
Trustee Middleton – Lee reported that he is working as a member of the Parks Liason 
Committee and also reported the formation of the first standing committee of the 
Islands Trust Council which meets on July 29, 2022.
