NOTICE OF COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETINGS 
 
Land Use Bylaw Review Project 
On July  7

,  and August  13
th
,  2022  the North  Pender Island Local  Trust 
Committee (LTC) will be holding Community Information Meetings (CIMs) on the Land 
Use Bylaw Review Project. The project encompasses the following topic areas and bylaws 
were given First Reading on May 26
th
, 2022: 
 Residential Maximum Floor Area  Tourist Commercial (C2) Regulations 
 Marine & Shoreline Regulations  Agriculture Regulations 
 Industrial Regulations  Minor and Technical Amendments 
The  CIMs  are opportunities to ask  questions and  provide  comments  on  the  proposed 
bylaws. The July CIMs will be held online via Zoom Webinar and information on how to 
attend the meetings electronically can be found on the North Pender LTC webpages:
