A BYLAW TO AMEND SUNSHINE COAST REGIONAL DISTRICT BY-LAW 103 CITED AS
"SUNSHINE COAST REGIONAL DISTRICT SUBDIVISION BY-LAW NO. 103"

The Gambier Island Local Trust Committee, being the Trust Committee having jurisdiction in respect of
the Gambier Island Local Trust Committee Area under the Islands Trust Act, enacts as follows:
I. The Sunshine Coast Regional District By-law No. 103 cited as the "Sunshine Coast Regional
District Subdivision By-Law No. 103" is amended as follows:
1. by adding a new subsection 6.19.4 with the following wording “Despite subsection 6.19.2
the minimum size of a parcel created on land legally described as District Lot 845, Group
1, New Westminster District, Anvil Island, Except Portions in Reference Plans 622 and
2698 is 10 acres and the average lot size is 6.23 hectares (15.4 acres).”
II. This Bylaw may be cited as "Sunshine Coast Regional District Subdivision By-law No. 103, 1975,
Amendment No.1, 2007".
