BYLAW NO. 93

A Bylaw to Authorize a Housing Agreement
************************************************************************************************************************
The Mayne Island Local Trust Committee, being the Trust Committee having jurisdiction on and in respect
of the Mayne Island Local Trust Area pursuant to the Islands Trust Act S.B.C. 1989 c. 89, enacts as
follows:
1. The Chairperson of the Mayne Island Local Trust Committee is authorized to execute an
agreement in the form attached to this Bylaw as Schedule A with the Mayne Community
Association and the Anglican Synod of the Diocese of British Columbia.
2. This Bylaw may be cited as "Mayne Community Association Housing Agreement Bylaw No. 93,
1995".
