BYLAW NO. 264

A Bylaw to Authorize Inspection of Alleged Infractions Against Regulations
******************************************************************************************************
The Salt Spring Island Trust Committee, being the Trust Committee having jurisdiction in respect of Salt Spring Island Local Trust Area in the Province of British Columbia pursuant to the Islands Trust Act, R.S.B.C., 1989, enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Salt Spring Island Trust Committee Bylaw Infraction Investigations Bylaw No. 264, 1990".
2. The Bylaw Investigations Officer of the Islands Trust is authorized to enter, at all reasonable times, on any property to ascertain whether bylaws adopted by Salt Spring Island Trust Committee and/or the terms of permits issued by the Trust Committee are being observed.
