The Court of Appeal strikes down Denman's broadest forest bylaw
A local trust committee defended five forest bylaws in court. The Court of Appeal affirmed in part: Bylaw 113 was held "not within the legislative competence of the Islands Trust", while the order striking down the other four was set aside and their validity remitted.
