Two sitting trustees are found to have voted in conflict of interest
The Court of Appeal held that two Salt Spring trustees, who had incorporated societies and then voted to award those societies local trust committee contracts, had voted in conflict of interest. The chambers judge had exonerated them; the Court of Appeal reversed.
