Salt Spring refuses a retreat and kennel over a drinking-water watershed
The local trust committee resolved to deny a temporary use permit at 130 Blackburn Road, in the Cusheon Lake watershed that supplies more than 500 residents' drinking water. The operation had been drawing from an unregistered, unlicensed well.
