OCP/Land Use Amendment Report

INTRODUCTION

Combined OCP Amendment and Land Use 
Bylaw Amendment (i.e., rezoning) to allow for 
redevelopment of the Vesuvius Ferry Terminal

Highly consistent with the Salt Spring OCP, 
with the goal of supporting much-needed 
modernization of services for an aging 
terminal.
