Written submissions are welcome up until the conclusion of the Public Hearing 
and can be emailed to ssiinfo@islandstrust.bc.ca, mailed or dropped off at the
Islands Trust office by Sept 4, 2023. Written comments made in response to this

What is being proposed?
Harbour House Hotel has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation
Branch (LCRB) to Expand Alcohol Service Hours.
The application is to:
1) Change hours of operation to 9:00 am to 1:00 am 7 days a week from the 
current 11:00 am to 1:00 am 7 days a week
As the local government, the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee (SS LTC) is
requested to consider the application for this endorsement. Public input on this 
application is being sought. The SS LTC may consider a decision on this 
application at their meeting Sept 14, 2023, to be held at the 64 Learning Hub
(122 Rainbow Road) or via Zoom (see Islands Trust Meetings and Minutes
webpage for details).
