This document is a community strategy representing the views of many members of the 
community who have expressed concern about housing affordability and proposed 
solutions to address the need. 
 
The development of this Community Affordable Housing Strategy has been made possible

A Community Affordable Housing Strategy cannot be developed without the assistance of 
members of the community.  Many individuals have volunteered their time to describe the 
housing needs on Salt Spring and have made many excellent suggestions on how to 
address those needs.
