Written submissions are welcome up until the conclusion of the Public Hearing 
and can be emailed to ssiinfo@islandstrust.bc.ca, mailed or dropped off at the
Islands Trust office by June 21, 2023. Written comments made in response to
this
 notice will be available for public review.

What is being proposed?
Canna Northwest Enterprises Inc has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis 
Regulation Branch for a Non-Medical Cannabis Retail Store Licence.
The application is for:
1) Unit 105 - 109 McPhillips Ave.
2) Hours of operation Mondays - Sundays between 9:00 am to 11:00 pm
As the local government, the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee (SS LTC) is
requested to consider the application for this endorsement. Public input on this 
application is being sought. The SS LTC may consider a decision on this
application at their meeting June 22, 2023, to be held at the 64 Learning Hub
(122 Rainbow Road) or via Zoom (see Islands Trust Meetings and Minutes 
webpage for details).
