These minutes follow the order of the agenda although the sequence may have varied.  
 
1. CALL TO ORDER 
  
 Alternate Chair Rogers called  the  meeting  to  order  at 9:30 a.m. and  welcomed  everyone  to a 
meeting of the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee. He introduced himself, the Trustees and 
staff  and humbly stated  gratitude  to  live  and  work  in  Coast  Salish  First  Nations  treaty  and 
traditional territory. 
 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
 
 The following additional item was presented for consideration: 
 Item 16.10       Communications Tower (SS-CELLA-2020.1) 
 
 By general consent, the agenda was adopted as amended. 
 
3. COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETING - None
