Program Project Charter, dated February 5, 2021.

That Trust Programs Committee request that the Financial Planning
Committee include in the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Budget $24,000 for Strategic
Plan Item No. 21 - Develop and implement a stewardship education
program directed towards the public, industry and stakeholders in the Trust
Area (increased from $15,000), in recognition of the fact that the Committee
intends to underspend its Stewardship Education Program budget in
2020/21 by $9,000.
