Public: There were approximately 24 members of the public. 
  
 
1. CALL TO ORDER 
Chair Patrick called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.   
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 
3. BUSINESS ITEMS 
3.1 Community Information Meeting Re: Short Term Vacation Rentals 
Members of the public circulated to observe informational signs and diagrams. They 
spoke in small groups and were able to direct questions and concerns directly with the 
Local Trust Committee (LTC) and staff.  
One member of the community requested that his concern for understanding the 
process by which grandfathered Short Term Vacation Rentals (STVRs) will be identified  
be recorded in the minutes. 
4. ADJOURNMENT 
All members of the community had departed 11:50 a.m. A discussion of closing the meeting was 
held.  
By general consent the meeting was adjourned at 12:01 p.m.
