Update on the status of the hydrogeological assessment terms of reference; 4. Update on LTC covenants required prior to second reading; 5. Update on the recommended process to address non-conforming buildings and structures on DL 696; 6. Recommended consultation schedule during legislative process for bylaw review; 7. Recommended timeline of deliverables prior to bylaw adoption; and 8. Overview of a draft ‘frequently asked questions’ document to assist in public consultation. The staff presentation slides and notes/recommendations will be an addendum to the May 25 agenda item for the above noted application file.
