BYLAW NO. 30

A Bylaw to Provide for the Composition of the Membership of the Islands Trust Executive
Committee
**************************************************************************
WHEREAS it is provided by Section 18 (3) of the Islands Trust Act that, on recommendation by
Trust Council, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may, by regulation, increase or decrease the
number of vice-chairpersons of the Executive Committee, subject to the restriction that this number
may not be decreased to fewer than 2 vice-chairpersons;
NOW THEREFORE the Islands Trust Council enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw may be cited as "Islands Trust Council Executive Committee Composition
Bylaw, 1994".
2. The Islands Trust Executive Committee shall consist of one Chairperson and three Vice-
Chairpersons to be elected from amongst the Islands Trust Council members.
3. The elections under section 2 of this bylaw must be in accordance with section 18(4)
through 18(7) of the Islands Trust Act, and section 6 of B.C. Regulation 119/90.
