 BYLAW NO. 39

A Bylaw to Authorize Inspection of Alleged Infractions Against Regulations

The  Gambier  Island  Trust  Committee,  being  the  Trust  Committee  having  jurisdiction  in  
respect of Gambier Island Local Trust Area in the Province of British Columbia pursuant to 
the Islands Trust Act, R.S.B.C., 1989, enacts as follows: 
 
1. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Gambier Island Trust Committee 
Bylaw Infraction Investigations Bylaw No. 39, 1990". 
 
2. The Bylaw Investigations Officer of the Islands Trust is authorized to enter, at all 
reasonable times, on any property to ascertain whether bylaws adopted by Gambier 
Island Trust Committee and/or the terms of permits issued by the Trust Committee 
are being observed.
