ISLANDS TRUST COUNCIL
BYLAW NO. 2

A Bylaw to Define Procedures for Passing Bylaws.
******************************************************************************
The Islands Trust Council, having jurisdiction in respect of the Trust Area in
the Province of British Columbia pursuant to the Islands Trust Act, R.S.B.C.,
1989, enacts as follows:
1.This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Islands Trust Council
Procedures for Passing Bylaws Bylaw, 1990".
2.The Trust Council shall authorize the preparation of a bylaw by resolution
at a Council meeting or by resolution without meeting.
3.Every bylaw adopted by Trust Council shall be signed by the Islands Trust
Chairperson and Secretary.
