That Trust Programs Committee cancel the November 26, 2026 regular business
meeting, and schedule a special meeting for January 7, 2027.

For review, amendment as needed, and referral to Trust Council for approval before each
quarterly TC meeting.
The Work Program consists of the Active Projects List and the Future Projects List.

1)   That Trust Programs Committee amends its active projects list to include: 
1.    Recommend updates to Crown Land Agreements
2.    Implement Community Stewardship Awards Program
2)    To request staff to draft business cases to address the following Trust Council key
initiatives:
a.    Identify indicators of ecosystem health and integrity
b.    Update the State of the Islands Report
c.    Design and implementation of climate action education plan
