The South Pender Island Local Trust Committee, being the Local Trust Committee having jurisdiction in respect of the South Pender Island Local Trust Area under the Islands Trust Act, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “South Pender Island Land Use Bylaw No. 114, 2016” 2. The following schedules attached hereto are hereby made part of this Bylaw and adopted as the Land Use Bylaw for that part of the South Pender Island Local Trust Area as shown on Schedule C: (1)Schedule A (Land Use Bylaw Text) (2)Schedule B (Zoning Map) (3)Schedule C (Bylaw Area Map) 3. If any provision of this Bylaw is for any reason held to be invalid by a decision of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid provision must be severed from the Bylaw and the decision that such provision is invalid must not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Bylaw. 4. Bylaw No. 92 cited as “South Pender Island Land Use Bylaw No. 92, 2003” and all of its amendments are repealed. READ A FIRST TIME this 16 th day ofJanuary, 2017.
