The proposed amendments will be immensely helpful in supporting local governments and Islands Trust bodies in building relationships with First Nations. Islands Trust Council, local trust committees, and the Islands Trust Conservancy Board have long identified the need for these changes. Please convey our thanks to all involved for the work to date. Yours sincerely, Laura Patrick Chair, Islands Trust Council Ec: Bowen Island Municipal Council Islands Trust Conservancy Board Islands Trust Council
