 Hazard Risk Mitigation and Management Policy - Request for Decision
THAT Committee of the Whole recommends that Trust Council revise proposed Directive
Policy 3.4.6 to read:
Hazardous Areas
Identify areas at elevated risk of natural and climate change-related hazards and 
restrict development within them including, but not limited to, areas subject to 
flooding, sea-level rise, erosion, slope instability and fire.
6.2 Draft new Policy Statement Redline version - For Discussion
This redlined version incorporates proposed revisions from the following Committee of 
the Whole meetings: September 5, 2024, October 3, 2024 and November 6, 2024,
December 12, 2024 & January 8, 2025. Committee of Whole may wish to pick up its 
review of the document at policy 3.4.10.
