1. CALL TO ORDER 
Chair Smith called the meeting to order at 10:34 a.m. Trustee Gauvreau acknowledged that the 
meeting was held on the territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
By general consent the agenda was approved. 
3. CLOSED MEETING (Distributed Under Separate Cover) 
3.1 Motion to Close the Meeting 
ITC-2024-033 
It was MOVED and SECONDED, 
that the Islands Trust Conservancy Board close the meeting to the public subject to 
Section 90(1)(a) of the Community Charter, Part 4, Division 3 in order to consider 
matters related to personal information about identifiable individuals who are being 
considered for a position of appointment as an officer, employee or agent of the local 
government and that the recorder and staff attend the meeting.
