1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Busheikin called the meeting to order at 12:31 pm. Chair Busheikin introduced
herself and staff members present. She acknowledged that the meeting was being held
in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. There were approximately 75
members of the public attending.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The following changes to the agenda were presented for consideration:

to the LTC meeting so they may be added to the agenda. The Thursday prior to the LTC
meeting is the latest possible time for correspondence to be accepted in an orderly
fashion.

Acting Planner 2 Kim Farris discussed correspondence about open application files. She
thanked people for letters respecting the Crystal Mountain Society’s (CMS) application. If

It takes about a week for staff to post correspondence to the Islands Trust website.

Janice Oakley asked what happens to letters that are received too close to the LTC
meeting date.

Regional Planning Manager (RPM) Robert Kojima indicated they were posted on the
website within a week and circulated to the LTC.
