1.         CALL         TO         ORDER 
Chair Busheikin called the meeting to order at 12:31 pm.  Chair Busheikin 
introduced herself and staff members present. She acknowledged that the 
meeting was being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 
There were approximately 75 members of the public attending.  
 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
The following changes to the agenda were presented for consideration: 
 
-    Item 9.2 was added - a letter from Nancy McPhee. 
-    Item 11.2 GL-TUP-2015.1 (Woodstone) - application was removed by the 
applicant. 
-    Item 11.4.1 added a table with respect to GL-RZ-2013.1 (Landworks). 
-    Item 15.2 was added with respect to the 2016 Galiano Island Local

First 3,000 characters. Open the original for the whole document.
