CALL TO ORDER Chair Grams called the meeting to order at 9:48 am. He acknowledged that the meeting was being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Planner Starke noted that item 10.1 (application NP-DVP-2014.4 – Heigh) was being withdrawn from the agenda at the Applicant’s request, but could be considered in future.
