CALL TO ORDER Chair Graham called the meeting to order at 11:30 am and introduced himself, the Trustees, staff and recorder. He acknowledged that the meeting is being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was adopted by consensus. 3. MINUTES 3.1. Local Trust Committee Public Hearing Record of September 19, 2014 - for receipt The Public Hearing Record was received for information. 3.2. Local Trust Committee Meeting Minutes of September 19, 2014 - for adoption Trustees received an amended version of the September 19, 2014 meeting minutes that included the motion to close the meeting in agenda item 17. The following change was presented for consideration: -page 3, first paragraph, second line: change “has received the authority to” to “will”.
