14.MOTION TO CLOSE MEETING
THAT, pursuant to Sections 90(1) (f), (j), 90(2) (a)
and 91(1) of the Community Charter, the Galiano Island
Local Trust Committee resolves to close the meeting to the
public to allow the Local Trust to adopt October 6, 2014,
Local Trust Committee In Camera Minutes; to discuss a
bylaw enforcement issue, and further that Island 
Planner Kim Farris, Regional Planning Manager, Robert
Kojima and minute-taker David Millership remain present.
