CALL TO ORDER Chair Elliott called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. 2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Chair Elliott acknowledged that the meeting was held on the territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. Local Trustees introduced themselves and acknowledged the Penelakut Tribes as stewards of the land and waters on whose territory the Trustees live and work. 3.
