[0:00:17] Trustee Patrick: people. I'm Laura Patrick, elected on Salt Spring, Chair of this Local Trust Committee, and I'm joined

[0:00:21] Trustee Patrick: today by Trustee Ben McConkie and Trustee Deb Morrison will join us shortly. Together we make

[0:00:28] Trustee Patrick: up your north pender local trust committee this meeting is an official forum for your local trust

[0:00:32] Trustee Patrick: committee to make decisions about land use planning and discuss relevant business i also

[0:00:37] Trustee Patrick: want to add this a place of employment despite the fact that our employees might be coming from their

[0:00:42] Trustee Patrick: homes they have a right to a safe and respectful workplace i'm going to go right jump down to the

[0:00:48] Trustee Patrick: agenda we have an agenda before us today are there any additions or changes to the agenda

[0:01:00] Trustee Patrick: we and then can we approve the agenda through general consent we have one item of business

[0:01:05] Trustee Patrick: and that's going into a closed meeting and we have a motion that needs to be read do you have
