[0:00:03] Trustee Maude: all right everybody we'll call the meeting to order and acknowledge that we're meeting on the

[0:00:08] Trustee Maude: traditional territory of the coach salish people um this is hopefully going to be quick and simple

[0:00:15] Trustee Maude: um we'll just introduce trustee morrison um and trustee campbell and we're joined by robert kojima

[0:00:22] Trustee Maude: and pat todd um and um can stockdale his also so we're doing good here so we have an agenda before

[0:00:33] Trustee Maude: for us so if by consensus we'll approve the agenda as posted with the one business item

[0:00:42] Trustee Maude: okay everybody's cool with that um all right and so our one business item is the draft meeting

[0:00:48] Trustee Maude: schedule for approval and we have three versions ahead of us and who wants to kick it off i think

[0:01:02] Voice 5: I don't know how the order of business goes for stuff like this, but the idea behind it

[0:01:14] Voice 5: and a little bit of what we had heard from the folks are looking to have a little bit

[0:01:25] Voice 5: bit more accessibility to the trust and the meetings and and who is um who is able to come

[0:01:35] Voice 5: to the meetings when they're on thursday uh is not there's not a lot of people that can so the

[0:01:41] Voice 5: idea of maybe trying to get them to a to a friday schedule where it's a little bit easier school

[0:01:47] Voice 5: district 64 has a consolidated week so quite often parents have already had to make some sort of

[0:01:54] Voice 5: concession for Fridays uh to have a freer schedule themselves and would have the ability to come

[0:02:00] Voice 5: to a meeting as well as we have quite a few off-islanders on Pender that to come on a Thursday

[0:02:08] Voice 5: and either go back to work or extend a weekend to a five-day weekend sort of a thing isn't uh sort of

[0:02:15] Voice 5: a realistic for them so the hope of trying to move them a little bit uh closer to the weekend and

[0:02:23] Voice 5: maybe you just have to pull a long weekend but you don't have to go back to work the next day

[0:02:28] Voice 5: okay

[0:02:31] Trustee Maude: trustee morrison any thoughts yeah

[0:02:33] Trustee Morrison (probable): a couple different thoughts so we thought about doing the

[0:02:36] Trustee Morrison (probable): the shifting around i like the friday idea that aaron's talking about and then we also thought

[0:02:41] Trustee Morrison (probable): about doing um this had been conversation last term too around having like a meeting every

[0:02:50] Trustee Morrison (probable): like basically six regular meetings a year six or seven regular meetings a year and then having

[0:02:55] Trustee Morrison (probable): having some Saturdays where we could have more community information meetings, so not

[0:02:59] Trustee Morrison (probable): regular business decision meetings, but more community information meetings, so we can

[0:03:03] Trustee Morrison (probable): really foster that community conversation move, and putting them in the afternoon on

[0:03:09] Trustee Morrison (probable): the Saturdays after the, yeah, so starting them at 1 p.m., so thanks for that, Kim, or

[0:03:15] Trustee Morrison (probable): whoever worked on the schedule, because that allows us to do it after the market and have

[0:03:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): maximum attendance.

[0:03:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): attendance um it would be good i think just looking at what is um provided in the in the

[0:03:27] Trustee Morrison (probable): document i'm looking at the last page one that's my favorite one um so the last page one um the one

[0:03:34] Trustee Morrison (probable): there's two two changes i would suggest on that one is that the saturday meetings be at the hall

[0:03:41] Trustee Morrison (probable): since everyone's at the hall and i didn't know kim if he had checked with them and they were just like

[0:03:45] Trustee Morrison (probable): like no because it's too busy there or if it was it's possible and then the other question that i

[0:03:51] Trustee Morrison (probable): had is i have only one conflict i don't know 100 that it's a conflict yet but i think it is

[0:03:58] Trustee Morrison (probable): in march and i'm wondering if there is flexibility for that march 25th day to be a week earlier

[0:04:04] Trustee Morrison (probable): and so the

[0:04:10] Trustee Maude: saturday meetings um they're more community meetings so the idea is not to have

[0:04:16] Trustee Maude: have a planner in attendance just to have a recording secretary?

[0:04:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): Not necessarily. I think

[0:04:22] Trustee Morrison (probable): that they would be themed potentially, depending on what work we're doing in the moment. So for

[0:04:28] Trustee Morrison (probable): instance, Kim, if we're working on land use bylaws in March, maybe we focus a real conversation around

[0:04:33] Trustee Morrison (probable): like, what do all these things mean? And what are the questions you want to ask? So maybe there

[0:04:37] Trustee Morrison (probable): would be a planner available at that one. Maybe in June, it's something about the water, you know,

[0:04:43] Trustee Morrison (probable): our water sustainability work and so then maybe william shilba comes to that one um but that

[0:04:49] Trustee Morrison (probable): there are no decisions being made we still need to have a record like a meeting note taker just

[0:04:54] Trustee Morrison (probable): for legal like ramifications of it but it's really meant to be much more informal and just like

[0:05:00] Trustee Morrison (probable): questions and answers and conversation and just getting community talking um instead of the more

[0:05:05] Trustee Morrison (probable): formal meetings that we run in the sort of regular business okay

[0:05:10] Trustee Maude: so if so if we get with that um

[0:05:14] Trustee Maude: So maybe just turn over to Robert Kojima just to discuss the staffing implications.

[0:05:19] Voice 7: So if the LTC is agreeable to that schedule, that's great.

[0:05:23] Voice 7: That works with the changes on the 25th to the week earlier.

[0:05:29] Voice 7: But what I'd suggest is that given that format, that those Saturday meetings not be regular business meetings, but they'd be special meetings.

[0:05:39] Voice 7: that would avoid confusing people and it would also be consistent with the trust council policy

[0:05:46] Voice 7: to minimize regular business meetings on weekends schedule with special meetings

[0:05:53] Voice 7: and yep staff can attend probably you know in discussion with the local trustees in advance

[0:06:00] Voice 7: couple weeks in advance of that meeting make the decision about whether the planner should attend

[0:06:04] Voice 7: or not yeah and

[0:06:06] Trustee Morrison (probable): I think I'd even be open to like having them somewhat hybrid if we can like

[0:06:10] Trustee Morrison (probable): figure that out so that the planner wouldn't necessarily have to travel on the weekend

[0:06:15] Trustee Morrison (probable): we could do that seems reasonable and appropriate given it's a weekend yeah

[0:06:19] Voice 7: and that's more

[0:06:20] Voice 7: financially responsible as well so what else was I going to say oh yeah so the chair would be

[0:06:31] Voice 7: be expected to attend or not i

[0:06:33] Trustee Morrison (probable): think that's open for a conversation because

[0:06:36] Voice 7: if dave attends if

[0:06:39] Voice 7: chair mod attends then he'll bring the streaming equipment um and it can be uh you know live

[0:06:47] Voice 7: streamed recorded and staff can then join remotely through that um through that portal

[0:06:54] Voice 7: we

[0:06:55] Trustee Morrison (probable): can alternate who makes dave kai

[0:06:59] Trustee Maude: okay somebody understands me greatly then okay the other

[0:07:03] Voice 7: the other issue we have is we have no

[0:07:05] Voice 7: currently have no on island minute taker so we've got pat thank you pat for zooming in from maine

[0:07:12] Voice 7: um we've got ads out and if local trustees if you can spread the word um it's a contract position

[0:07:21] Voice 7: it's a good good side gig for people but we just haven't been very successful in the last

[0:07:27] Voice 7: couple years frankly with uh with having con getting contract minute takers since uh since

[0:07:33] Voice 7: shannon left could we

[0:07:36] Voice 6: um

[0:07:37] Voice 5: could we talk to the community resources folks about their about their

[0:07:45] Voice 5: equipment and and make it so that dave could possibly join um remotely as well like if the

[0:07:56] Voice 5: idea is to have it mostly be uh community information us gathering information from

[0:08:02] Voice 5: the community as opposed to us delivering anything of of weight uh to the community

[0:08:08] Voice 5: at those meetings more like a almost town hallish kind of a opportunity for them to talk

[0:08:15] Voice 5: um it it almost feels like it wouldn't he wouldn't need to be there physically

[0:08:22] Voice 5: um as long as he could he could zoom in and maybe the community resources

[0:08:26] Voice 5: folks would be able to help us set something like that up as a community-minded kind of an event

[0:08:33] Voice 7: yeah yep so they i know they have the the setup in the in the crd office but that space is probably

[0:08:39] Voice 7: too small to accommodate many members of the public but i'm not sure if it's mobile if they

[0:08:44] Voice 7: they can take it and set it up in the community hall or the church hall? That would be the

[0:08:49] Voice 7: question if somebody wants to check on whether that's possible.

[0:08:52] Trustee Morrison (probable): Yeah, we can check. We can check

[0:08:54] Voice 7: with

[0:08:54] Trustee Morrison (probable): the office. And I think, Aaron, I think related to that is also like us coming to an

[0:09:02] Trustee Morrison (probable): understanding of what those Saturdays are. I don't know that we have to do that right this second,

[0:09:05] Trustee Morrison (probable): but like I kind of see them in two pieces. Like one might be some kind of like mini share around

[0:09:13] Trustee Morrison (probable): something and i actually think it might come from us as opposed to the planners and the planners are

[0:09:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): there just as a resource to like answer questions or anything like that but i actually think like

[0:09:25] Trustee Morrison (probable): it's a topical thing that comes from us and we just put it on the table and open it to questions

[0:09:29] Trustee Morrison (probable): and then there's like a second half of the meeting or a portion of the meeting where it's any other

[0:09:34] Trustee Morrison (probable): random stuff you just want to share and talk about yeah

[0:09:36] Voice 5: yeah i think i think theming them

[0:09:39] Voice 5: them in a sense is is useful because it keeps people from just sort of a scattergun type

[0:09:48] Voice 5: approach to just whatever topic happens to pop up in their mind um and we i mean i'm sure that

[0:09:55] Voice 5: there's some way to maybe you know mini pull the island for some different ideas if if there are

[0:10:01] Voice 5: things that people are really kind of wanting to to discuss and uh and take that into consideration

[0:10:07] Voice 5: as well oh

[0:10:09] Trustee Morrison (probable): that actually makes me think when is the march trust council is it is

[0:10:30] Voice 6: 7th to the 9th so

[0:10:33] Trustee Morrison (probable): our first community one is going to be after the first budget is done

[0:10:37] Trustee Morrison (probable): as opposed to before yes done so that is something to consider when looking at this

[0:10:43] Trustee Morrison (probable): like is it actually worthwhile to try and do like the february 24th one as the open one so we're

[0:10:50] Trustee Morrison (probable): are well informed about our community's views on the budget before we walk into the trust council

[0:10:54] Trustee Morrison (probable): i

[0:10:56] Voice 4: just point out as well sorry to interject that the last two weeks of march are spring break

[0:11:00] Voice 4: so many families will be doing other things right

[0:11:06] Trustee Morrison (probable): so maybe i don't know this is like messing with

[0:11:09] Trustee Morrison (probable): the schedule a little bit more intensely now but if we could uh move the 24th one to the 25th and

[0:11:15] Trustee Morrison (probable): then have the march one be on march 24th in a regular meeting so the special meeting be

[0:11:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): be February 25th so then we can really have budgetary kind of and theme it as budget

[0:11:25] Trustee Morrison (probable): I know that there's a few people on tender that have some thoughts

[0:11:34] Voice 5: nobody's paying any attention yeah I

[0:11:38] Trustee Maude: think I think though if as long as that works with staff

[0:11:41] Trustee Maude: I think that's all workable and my gut tells me no matter what I should come to the first one

[0:11:45] Trustee Maude: in person and then we're coming out of that we'll figure out what works and what doesn't work

[0:11:52] Trustee Maude: um because because maine dependent doesn't tend to be too bad

[0:11:56] Trustee Maude: um as far as getting back and forth yeah

[0:11:58] Trustee Morrison (probable): we can always send sam boyk for you

[0:12:01] Trustee Maude: is that

[0:12:02] Trustee Maude: a good or a bad thing

[0:12:07] Trustee Maude: um okay so so we're looking at the third option um and then we're switching the saturday meeting

[0:12:16] Trustee Maude: to february 25th and then moving the march meeting to february or march 24th and otherwise everybody's

[0:12:23] Trustee Maude: sort of okay with everything and

[0:12:25] Voice 7: the end of the saturday meetings not be included in the regular

[0:12:28] Voice 7: as regular business meetings but they'll be scheduled as special meetings yeah

[0:12:32] Trustee Maude: so we need

[0:12:34] Trustee Maude: a motion to sort of reflect all this our staff just sort of going yeah

[0:12:38] Voice 7: we need a motion um pat's

[0:12:41] Voice 7: ready i've i've drafted it up here as we've as the discussion's gone on you want to try

[0:12:49] Voice 7: so the first motion would be that the north pender island local trust committee

[0:12:53] Voice 7: adopt an annual meeting schedule with regular meetings on january 20th

[0:13:02] Voice 7: march 24th april 28th may 26th july 28th september 29th and november 24th

[0:13:21] Voice 7: did

[0:13:22] Voice 6: you get that pat you're muted just

[0:13:34] Voice 7: give us a thumbs up if you got that

[0:13:35] Voice 7: i'll

[0:13:37] Voice 1: just read you back the dates to make sure january 20th

[0:13:40] Voice 1: march 24th april 28th may 26th

[0:13:44] Voice 1: july 28th september 24 november 24

[0:13:48] Voice 7: september 29th oh

[0:13:51] Voice 1: sorry okay okay and those are for regular

[0:13:54] Voice 1: meetings yes okay okay

[0:13:56] Trustee Morrison (probable): and can we see that up on the screen is

[0:14:02] Voice 6: there a way for us yeah

[0:14:03] Voice 6: give me a second let's get this a little a little bit there we go thank you and

[0:14:34] Trustee Morrison (probable): if we can just add

[0:14:35] Trustee Morrison (probable): add into that uh 2023 annual meeting schedule yeah

[0:14:41] Voice 6: yeah that looks good to me are everybody's happy

[0:15:00] Voice 6: i still move okay

[0:15:03] Trustee Maude: move by trustee morrison second by trustee campbell okay any further discussion

[0:15:10] Voice 6: call the question all in favor all

[0:15:16] Trustee Morrison (probable): right

[0:15:17] Voice 6: we will consider that part carried so

[0:15:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): then we need a

[0:15:21] Trustee Morrison (probable): second one with the special meetings yeah

[0:15:23] Voice 6: i'll put that up as well okay

[0:15:47] Trustee Morrison (probable): that looks that looks

[0:15:49] Trustee Morrison (probable): good and again i would put the year somewhere in there um yeah schedule special meetings in 2023

[0:15:56] Trustee Morrison (probable): for um and i also robert i just had a quick question about this one so and and i think it's

[0:16:07] Trustee Morrison (probable): a questionnaire and for you maybe so the hall when we do saturday meetings i'm a i'm a little

[0:16:13] Trustee Morrison (probable): bit worried about the anglican hall not having parking capacity for uh for the saturday meetings

[0:16:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): um so i would really like the saturday meetings to be at the community hall if it's possible

[0:16:25] Trustee Morrison (probable): i'm happy not to put that in the motion and just to understand that that's a logistical

[0:16:29] Trustee Morrison (probable): thing that we can work out but i just yeah

[0:16:34] Voice 5: i think i think potentially a bigger venue than

[0:16:39] Voice 5: then the Anglican Hall would be probably beneficial, easier for folks as well.

[0:16:50] Trustee Morrison (probable): The Anglican Hall or the Community Hall? Sorry, I missed that.

[0:16:53] Voice 5: I think the Community Hall would be better. Because there's a winter market and farmers

[0:17:01] Voice 5: market going on there, people will already be there to attend, as opposed to hosting it right,

[0:17:08] Voice 5: sort of as one is ending and trying to get folks on their way home um yeah yeah we'll see if it's

[0:17:17] Voice 5: available

[0:17:17] Voice 6: okay yeah okay

[0:17:20] Trustee Maude: so we have a mover on this yeah

[0:17:24] Voice 6: so

[0:17:25] Trustee Maude: trustee morrison and trustee campbell

[0:17:28] Trustee Maude: okay any further discussion call the question all in favor hands in the air everybody's happy

[0:17:34] Trustee Maude: happy that's carried all right it's and then we have no further business um so if somebody wants

[0:17:42] Trustee Maude: to move adjournment we will get everybody on with their day oh we

[0:17:45] Trustee Morrison (probable): have a finger out yeah just related

[0:17:47] Trustee Morrison (probable): to the meetings it's still part of the meeting kind of thing generally um in terms of the agendas

[0:17:53] Trustee Morrison (probable): for the meetings um i forwarded an email about this now i can't remember what the exact point

[0:18:00] Trustee Morrison (probable): was around it but it was something about the agendas for the meetings um just how we're

[0:18:06] Trustee Morrison (probable): looking at them and and uh i don't remember what the specific point is but i know like for

[0:18:15] Trustee Morrison (probable): instance in january like our january meeting the first one that we'll have um we really need the

[0:18:22] Trustee Morrison (probable): budget on our meeting like the t the trust council budget as a conversation item on our meeting and

[0:18:29] Trustee Morrison (probable): it wouldn't normally be on our meeting necessarily so i but we need it on our meeting because just

[0:18:36] Trustee Morrison (probable): to be in conversation and maybe that is just we put it on the community information meeting in

[0:18:40] Trustee Morrison (probable): february like if that's the goal for that one but one of those two meetings we need to have some

[0:18:44] Trustee Morrison (probable): kind of conversation in our community about the budget because i don't want us to come into trust

[0:18:48] Trustee Morrison (probable): council in march with like random people in the community said i would rather it be notes from

[0:18:54] Trustee Morrison (probable): the community about like what was said right

[0:18:56] Voice 7: so yeah my advice would be to do that at the february

[0:18:59] Voice 7: special meeting at the saturday meeting um putting it on the business agenda you could potentially

[0:19:06] Voice 7: overwhelm the agenda if there's controversy if not it's on a business agenda are you going to

[0:19:13] Voice 7: make a decision if you have no feedback at that point doesn't it would just be there for

[0:19:19] Voice 7: information so um yeah i would recommend if you want community feedback you do it on the

[0:19:25] Voice 7: do it through the venue of the saturday meeting when advertised it as such okay

[0:19:29] Trustee Morrison (probable): oh and that was

[0:19:30] Trustee Morrison (probable): the other piece actually was getting this these meetings into our pender posts so like making sure

[0:19:37] Trustee Morrison (probable): that we have when we this schedule is done we can just even there and just like forward it to michael

[0:19:43] Trustee Morrison (probable): and like say here's the year's schedule can you make sure it's always in the trustee's corner

[0:19:48] Trustee Morrison (probable): owner information okay

[0:19:52] Voice 6: sweet thank you all okay

[0:19:56] Voice 7: uh just one one more thing did you trustees you

[0:19:58] Voice 7: got my email about uh switching the assignments planners yeah

[0:20:02] Voice 6: yeah yeah so

[0:20:04] Voice 6: kim's going to carry

[0:20:05] Voice 7: on with the lub review hopefully hopefully not

[0:20:08] Voice 7: for too long but

[0:20:10] Trustee Maude: we get two planners

[0:20:12] Trustee Maude: two

[0:20:14] Voice 7: planners for a while and galliano have two planners for a while so

[0:20:18] Trustee Maude: much fun yeah yeah and

[0:20:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): And that was that was the other thing actually thank you Robert for that. That was the other thing that I'd emailed about or that I had in my head about was, was just to, to understand like there was something in the email about complex like Penderbean complex.

[0:20:37] Trustee Morrison (probable): And I'm curious what what's meant by that, like, in what way. I don't know relative to the other islands I don't know.

[0:20:44] Trustee Morrison (probable): Yeah,

[0:20:44] Voice 7: so higher volume of applications, higher population, and some of the, you know, some of the projects are, you know, like you're doing a land use bylaw review last term and into this term, which Galliano has not done for a long time.

[0:21:02] Trustee Morrison (probable): okay um the other thing that we haven't um you you probably tracking robert but um we should

[0:21:09] Trustee Morrison (probable): just track because i'm sure it's going to come up at trust council we're going to get grief about it

[0:21:13] Trustee Morrison (probable): is we haven't uh passed our model fees bylaw nope and so we need to talk about that in january

[0:21:20] Trustee Morrison (probable): yep

[0:21:21] Voice 7: so it'll be on the agenda in january um along with bring back the delegation bylaw so those were

[0:21:27] Voice 7: the two the dp delegation bylaws so those were the two items that were uh two administrative

[0:21:33] Voice 7: bylaw items that were deferred from the last ltc to this one um and i think there were specific

[0:21:39] Voice 7: motions to bring them back at the beginning of the term um and proceeding with the dp delegation by

[0:21:45] Voice 7: law will assist us in terms of also having in terms of having fewer regular meetings

[0:21:51] Voice 7: if you proceed with the delegation bylaw there'll be fewer uh applications and on the ltc agendas

[0:21:59] Voice 7: and thus less delay for people and shorter agendas for those fewer regular meetings

[0:22:07] Voice 7: okay um and also another consideration i don't decide now obviously you can talk to kim

[0:22:16] Voice 7: myself is whether you want to schedule a special meeting at some point in january early february

[0:22:22] Voice 7: to to um go into detail on the land use bylaw review yeah

[0:22:28] Trustee Morrison (probable): that's kind of up to you aaron like

[0:22:30] Trustee Morrison (probable): i'm kind of steeped in it yeah

[0:22:33] Voice 7: another another thing aaron you might want to do is contact kim

[0:22:37] Voice 7: um set up a time to

[0:22:39] Trustee Morrison (probable): have a zoom

[0:22:39] Voice 7: zoom meeting or kim come over to the island and just sort of bring

[0:22:43] Voice 7: you up to speed on where the ltc is on the land use bylaw review go into some of the whatever

[0:22:48] Voice 7: questions you have whatever details

[0:22:50] Voice 5: you want to

[0:22:50] Voice 7: discuss um otherwise we'll be bringing it back

[0:22:54] Voice 7: on the january 20th meeting as well that

[0:22:57] Voice 5: was some something that i wanted to uh to send an email out

[0:23:01] Voice 5: about just how to how to sort of get a better understanding of what's old and what's new and

[0:23:07] Voice 5: how they how they kind of cross over because i was trying to trying to put it together myself and

[0:23:12] Voice 5: it's there's there's a lot in there yeah

[0:23:14] Voice 7: so kim and i have discussed she's going to do a report

[0:23:16] Voice 7: for the january meeting that goes you know it goes highlights of this of where it is now um in terms

[0:23:22] Voice 7: of the changes the major changes plus the still outstanding decisions to be made um but uh yeah

[0:23:29] Voice 7: i'd also suggest if you want to try and set something up with kim and and myself if you can

[0:23:34] Voice 7: um by zoom and we can just go over it in advance so you're up to speed as well

[0:23:39] Voice 7: and then you do chair mod if you want to if you were available and we

[0:23:46] Trustee Maude: will all get up to speed

[0:23:47] Trustee Maude: hopefully yeah

[0:23:48] Trustee Morrison (probable): right it's a monster um and you

[0:23:52] Trustee Maude: said it wasn't complicated yeah

[0:23:54] Trustee Morrison (probable): no i i don't think

[0:23:55] Trustee Morrison (probable): i think it's stuff we should all be doing on all islands so i'm not sure i think it's overly

[0:23:58] Trustee Morrison (probable): complicated compared to other islands um so okay and then the the last one that um was on my head

[0:24:07] Trustee Morrison (probable): was about by law enforcement and at which point in the spring we should just have a like um in

[0:24:13] Trustee Morrison (probable): camera meeting around current status enforcement or if that's something that aaron should do

[0:24:21] Trustee Morrison (probable): well i think we should all do it as an ltc so it would be really good to figure out which meeting

[0:24:25] Trustee Morrison (probable): that is yeah

[0:24:25] Voice 7: i think there's a lot of ltcs are requesting that so it might might not be the first

[0:24:29] Voice 7: meeting but uh yeah but it's

[0:24:32] Trustee Morrison (probable): really early budget like frankly and on pender and if we can get past

[0:24:38] Trustee Morrison (probable): pass the budget and into the LTC or the land use bylaw work then I think we should just you know

[0:24:43] Trustee Morrison (probable): it should be like March or April probably yeah

[0:24:45] Voice 6: yeah all right

[0:24:49] Voice 6: if you have all right everybody's

[0:24:52] Trustee Maude: happy yeah

[0:24:53] Voice 6: yep all

[0:24:55] Trustee Maude: right then I will call an adjournment for this all right um do we need

[0:25:00] Trustee Maude: a motion or is that just by consensus it could be by consent yeah yeah well

[0:25:05] Trustee Morrison (probable): before we before

[0:25:05] Trustee Morrison (probable): we adjourn can we just say thank you David that you're our chair we're excited to have you
