Re: Woodfibre LNG – Amendment – Request for Extension to Comment Deadline 
I am writing on behalf of Islands Trust Council to respectfully request an extension to the deadline 
for public and agency comment on the proposed amendment by Woodfibre LNG General Partner 
Inc. to add a second floating worker accommodation (Floatel #2) at the Woodfibre LNG site. 
Given the significant implications of this proposed amendment, including potential environmental, 
social, and marine traffic impacts, we believe additional time is necessary to support well-
informed responses. 
We kindly request that the deadline for responses be extended to ensure that all interested parties 
have a fair opportunity to participate in the review process. 
Thank you for your consideration of this request. We appreciate the Environmental Assessment 
Office’s commitment to providing meaningful opportunities for public participation.
