NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
On Saturday, April 12, 2025, the North Pender Island Local Trust Committee (LTC) will be holding a Special
Meeting at the Pender Island Community Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to engage with the community on the LTC’s Raptor Nest Development Permit
Area (DPA) Project, where the most recent inventory mapping will be presented, along with potential bylaw
amendments to update DPA provisions; and the LTC’s Housing Access and Affordability Project, including the
presentation of a draft Housing Action Plan and community discussion on next steps.
