A Notice of a Special Meeting 
of the Hornby Island Local Trust Committee (LTC) 
for the purpose of holding a 
business meeting to consider: 
Future use of a Crown Land parcel in the Public Use 
Zone and to discuss:  
1. the LTC’s timely response when receiving a referral from the Province 
of BC for the Rogers Communications tower proposal, 
2. the LTC’s response to the Hornby Island Community Economic 
Enhancement Corporation (HICEEC) and the local Housing Society's 
request to amend the bylaws governing the Public Use Zone; and 
3. to discuss additional permitted uses in the Public Use Zone.
