the public survey, and for providing the access to and the technical assistance for 
the electronic survey. 
 
 Planner Alison Fox and other staff at the Islands Trust office in Victoria, for 
administrative support and ensuring the public surveys were mailed in a timely 
manner.  
 
 Trustee Jeanine Dodds, for attending several Task Force meetings and answering 
many questions about current land use zoning and policies and for continuing to
