SUBJECT: North Pender Island Local Trust Committee 2023 Regular Meeting Schedule  
PURPOSE 
 This memorandum proposes the North Pender Island Local Trust Committee Regular Meeting Schedule 
for the 2023 calendar year. 
 North Pender Island Meeting Procedures Bylaw No. 227 stipulates that the Local Trust Committee shall 
establish  a  schedule  of  the  date,  time  and  place  of  regular  Local  Trust  Committee  meetings  for  the 
following calendar year, of which there shall be at least two, and that the schedule shall be posted on a 
bulletin board located at the North Pender Island public board and at the Islands Trust Victoria office. 
 
RECOMMENDATION: 
 
THAT the North Pender Island Local Trust Committee approve the proposed 2023 Regular Meeting schedule as 
presented in Appendix 1 to establish a meeting schedule as required by Galiano Island Meeting Procedures Bylaw 
No. 227.
