1. CALL TO ORDER 
Chair Maude called the meeting to order at 11:30 am.  He acknowledged that the meeting was 
being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations.  Chair Maude introduced 
Trustees and Staff. 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 
BUSINESS ITEMS 
3.1 Draft 2023 LTC Meeting Schedule 
  Points of discussion: 
 Accessibility to meetings 
 Friday vs. Thursday to increase attendance 
 Get community talking 
 Staff availability/travel 
 Saturday special-meetings occasionally 
 Hybrid – staff can join without travelling 
 Question of Recorder:   ads out for hiring 
 Community Resources (CRD) may have equipment for streaming 
 February meeting special meeting regarding budget for community input 
 Fees Bylaw and Delegations Bylaw – motion was made at previous meeting 
to bring forward to next term

 Trustee Campbell to speak with Planner Stockdill regarding Land Use Bylaw 
(LUB) Review Project. 
 Chair Maude to review LUB Review Project. 
 Bylaw Enforcement:  meeting in spring – March or April 2023.

meeting schedule with regular meetings on January 20
