1. CALL TO ORDER 
 
Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m. stating gratitude to live and work on 
Coast Salish First Nations traditional and treaty territory and acknowledged the Executive 
Committee for the 2022-2026 term.

Chief Administrative Officer Hotsenpiller spoke to the briefing which Executive 
Committee (EC) discussed as presented. 
 
Discussion ensued on scheduling another EC business meeting before the holidays.

It was Moved and Seconded, 
That there be an Executive Committee meeting for December 14th starting at 9 a.m. 
with lunch in-person meeting at the Victoria boardroom.
