NORTH PENDER ISLAND LOCAL TRUST COMMITTEE Visit our web site at: www.islandstrust.bc.ca NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETINGS Land Use Bylaw Review Project On February 5, 2022* and March 12, 2022 at 10 AM the North Pender Island Local Trust Committee (LTC) will be holding two electronic Community Information Meetings (CIMs) on the Land Use Bylaw Review Project. The project encompasses the following topic areas: Residential Maximum Floor Area Tourist Commercial (C2) Regulations Marine & Shoreline Regulations Agriculture Regulations Industrial Regulations Minor and Technical Amendments The CIMs are opportunities to discuss, ask questions, and provide comments on the proposed amendments. The draft bylaw, staff reports, and other background information are available on the Islands Trust webpage under Island Planning → North Pender → Projects → Land Use Bylaw Review: https://islandstrust.bc.ca/island-planning/north-pender/projects/ The CIMs will be held online via Zoom Webinar at 10:00 a.m. Information on how to attend the meetings electronically can be found on the North Pender LTC webpages: https://islandstrust.bc.ca/event/north-pender-ltc-special-meeting-february-5-2022/ https://islandstrust.bc.ca/event/north-pender-ltc-special-meeting-march-12-2022/ If you are unable to attend the meetings and would like to make a written submission to the Local Trust Committee, please email southinfo@islandstrust.bc.ca.
