CVRD Office Building 
28 Mar 2021 there was a flood at the 175 Ingram office building. Currently the office is closed and the 
reception area has been moved to the Cowichan Community Centre Reception. The phone lines have 
also been connected to this receptionist area. Bills can be paid, inquiries, etc are being handled from this 
new reception area. 1-800-665-3955 or 250-746-2500 
The majority of the CVRD staff are now working from home as there has been damage on all 3 floors of 
the building. Many have been working from home for the past year with COVID. 
Currently the temporary office is planned for 3 weeks. As more updates come forward the communities 
will be notified.  
CVRD Board, etc meetings are not been Live Streamed due to the building being closed. Videos of the 
meetings are posted to the CVRD YouTube site.
