5Although not personally observed, Anise Swallowtail (butterfly) have been observed hilltopping
on Moore Hill in the past by Richard Guppy. It also contains suitable habitat for at-risk
butterflies and plants. For example, there is good potential habitat for Moss' Elfin, a blue-listed
butterfly species. More surveys are needed. I am a professional biologist with expertise in
plants and butterflies and would be interested to assist as a volunteer.
