CALL TO ORDER Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM and acknowledged the meeting was being held on Coast Salish First Nations territory. Chair Luckham welcomed newly elected Hornby Island Trustee, Grant Scott. Due to timing, Trustee Scott could not be sworn in before March Trust Council and therefore could not vote in an official capacity. He is scheduled to be sworn in March 16, 2019. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The following items were presented for consideration: Add 7.1 Delegation Request re Climate Emergency. Advance item 12.5 Climate Change Emergency to be addressed after item 7. Delegations and Town Hall. By General Consent, the agenda was adopted as amended. 3. GENERAL BUSINESS ARISING 3.1 Trust Council draft minutes January 14-15 By General Consent, the Islands Trust Council January 14-15 draft minutes were adopted as presented. 3.2 Trust Council Follow Up Action List Staff reviewed their items on the Follow Up Action List (FUAL) and answered questions from trustees. 3.3 Trustee Round Table Trustees reviewed recently attended meetings and their involvement with current issues and advoc
