WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION Acting Chair O’Sullivan called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm. She acknowledged that the meeting was being held in the traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 2. COMMUNITY INFORMATION SESSION Roadside Signage on Gabriola Island 2.1 Presentation - Teresa Rittemann, Planner 1 Planner Rittemann gave a presentation on background to roadside signage issue. 2.2 General Discussion Participants formed two groups and discussion on roadside signage ensued. 3.
