Date of Meeting: Tuesday, June 24, 2014, 10:00 a.m. 
Location:  South Pender Fire Hall  
   South Pender Island, BC 
 
Members Present: Ken Hancock, Chair 
   Mike Jones, Local Trustee 
   Elizabeth Montague, Local Trustee

Media and Others There were six (6) members of the public present.

1. CALL TO ORDER 
  
Chair Hancock called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. Introductions were made 
and Chair Hancock acknowledged that the meeting was being held on the 
traditional territory of the Coastal Salish Nation.

It was MOVED and SECONDED, 
That the South Pender Island Local Trust Committee finds its interests are 
unaffected by North Pender Island proposed bylaws No. 195 and No. 197.

11. LOCAL TRUST COMMITTEE PROJECTS 
  
11.1 LUB Review – Project Charter and Focus Group Reports   
 
 A discussion was held regarding the next steps for the focus groups and 
what would need to be accomplished before final reports could be created.
